Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where the
Commissioner is satisfied that compliance with any covenant, condition, term
or provision of any lease granted under the Land Administration Act 1997
or any mining tenement granted under the Mining Act 1978 would tend to
cause land degradation on any land he may so advise the Minister responsible
for the particular Act.
(2) Where the
responsible Minister has been so advised he may, notwithstanding anything to
the contrary contained in the Land Administration Act 1997 or the
Mining Act 1978 , as the case requires, vary, modify, revoke or add to
the covenants, conditions, terms or provisions of the lease or mining tenement
as the circumstances require.
