Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister may,
whenever he deems it necessary or expedient, invite any member of a district
committee or any officer in any Government department or any other person to
attend at any meeting of the Council and take part in any discussion on any
particular matter before the Council.
