SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION ACT 1945 - SECT 25G

25G .         Commissioner’s annual estimates

                The Commissioner shall prepare and forward to the accountable authority of the Department of Agriculture  ² , by a date not later than a date specified by that authority, annual estimates of the proposed financial operations to be undertaken by the Commissioner under this Act.
