Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act shall be
read in conjunction with and as being supplementary to the Acts mentioned in
the Schedule to this Act, and the provisions of those Acts shall, so far as
may be possible consistently with the objects and intentions thereof, be
construed and applied with due regard to the objects and intentions of this
Act and so that where effect can be given to the provisions of this Act
without substantial interference with the operation of any of the provisions
of any other of the said Acts, the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to
be paramount and the provisions of such other Act shall be construed, take
effect and be applied accordingly.
