Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
grant leases of or licences to occupy any land comprised in any soil
conservation reserve to any person for such terms, at such rents and subject
to such covenants, conditions and agreements as the Minister may determine.
(2) All revenue
derived under any such leases or licences shall be credited to the
Consolidated Account.
