Act 2004 Sch. 2 cl. 47 was deleted by the Criminal Law and Evidence
Amendment Act 2008 s. 77(13).
3 The State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of
Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 Pt. 5, the State
Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 s. 167 and 169, and the State
Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 r. 28 and 42 deal with
certain transitional issues some of which may be relevant for this
Act.
4 The State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004
r. 62 reads as follows:
62. Security and Related Activities (Control)
Act 1996
(1) In this regulation —
commencement day means the day on which the State
Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal
Act 2004 Part 2 Division 117 comes into operation.
(2) If in the period of 21 days before the commencement day a notice
has been given under the Security and Related Activities (Control)
Act 1996 section 68(2) (applying section 67(2), (3) and (4)
to the cancellation of an endorsement under section 68(1)), on or after the
commencement day that notice is to be taken to be a notice given on the
commencement day under that Act section 68(2)(a).
5 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the
Standardisation of Formatting Act 2010 s. 4 had not come into
operation. It reads as follows:

(a) if there is a title set out in the Table for the Schedule —
after the identifier for the Schedule insert that title;
(b) if there is a shoulder note set out in the Table for the

shoulder note;
(c) reformat the heading to the Schedule, as amended by
paragraphs (a) and (b) if applicable, so that it is in the current
