SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 18A

18A .         Security bodyguards to be licensed

                A person must not act as a security bodyguard except under the authority of a security bodyguard’s licence.

        Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
