SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 29

29 .         Inquiry agents to be licensed

                A person must not act as an inquiry agent except under the authority of an inquiry agent’s licence.

        Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
