Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who
ordinarily resides in another State or Territory may apply, in accordance with
section 46, for a licence (a temporary licence ) to supply in Western
Australia any service, or services, as a security agent, inquiry agent or
crowd control agent that may be authorised under this Act.
(2) A temporary
licence —
(a) is
to be granted for such period of time of not more than one year as is
specified in the licence; and
(b) is
not renewable.
(3) The holder of a
temporary licence under this section does not commit an offence under this Act
while acting under and in accordance with that licence.
