under an agent’s licence changes the place at which he or she carries on
business under the licence, the licensee must, in accordance with the
regulations, give to a licensing officer notice of the address of the new
place of business, not later than 14 days after the change occurs.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
(2) Where a licensee
changes his or her place of residence, the licensee must, in accordance with
the regulations, give to a licensing officer notice of the address of the new
place of residence not later than 14 days after the change occurs.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
