SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 79

79 .         Disposal of licence to another

                A licensee must not — 

            (a)         dispose of his or her licence or identity card to any person; or

            (b)         permit another person to use the licence or identity card.

        Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
