SECURITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES (CONTROL) ACT 1996 - SECT 79B

79B .         Term used: licensee

                In this Part —

        licensee means the holder of —

            (a)         a crowd controller’s licence; or

            (b)         a security officer’s licence with an endorsement under section 24 or 26; or

            (c)         a security officer’s licence and a permit under section 25.
