exercised, or intends to exercise, a power under this Act affecting another
person is not required under any enactment or other law to give to that person
notice of the grounds on which, or the reasons for which, the power is, or
will be, exercised if giving that notice would involve the disclosure of
information that is exempt matter under the Freedom of Information
Act 1992 Schedule 1 clause 5.
