SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1983 - SECT 9

9 .         Vacancy or defect in appointment does not affect validity of board’s acts etc.

                No proceeding or act of the board shall (if there is a quorum) be invalidated or illegal in consequence only of there being any vacancy in the or number of members at the time of that proceeding or act, or in consequence of there being some defect in the appointment of a person purporting to be a member.
