Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) For the purposes
of section 7(4) and clause 9 of Schedule 1, a form of notice
shall be prescribed by the regulations setting out the effect of a conviction
becoming spent under sections 6 and 7.
