Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Subject to
section 14, civil or criminal proceedings shall not lie against any
person —
(a) for
anything done in reliance of a notice or order apparently given or made in
accordance with the provisions of this Act;
(b) for
any act, matter or thing done, or ordered to be done, by a person and
purporting to be done for the purposes of this Act; or
(c) for
any act, matter or thing omitted to be done,
unless that act,
matter or thing was done, ordered to be done or omitted to be done maliciously
or without reasonable and probable cause.
