SEA-CARRIAGE DOCUMENTS ACT 1997 - LONG TITLE

An Act to reform the law relating to bills of lading, sea waybills and ships’ delivery orders and to repeal the — 
• Bills of Lading Act 1855 (U.K.) so far as it is part of the law of this State; and
• Imperial Act Adopting Ordinance 1856 .
