SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 199

199 .         Age limit on attendance

        (1)         It is a condition of every registration of a community kindergarten that a child is not to attend the community kindergarten in a year unless — 

            (a)         the first year of the child’s pre-compulsory education period falls in that year; or

            (b)         if paragraph (a) does not apply, the child’s attendance is approved by the chief executive officer.

        (2)         The chief executive officer may — 

            (a)         attach any condition to; or

            (b)         revoke,

                an approval under subsection (1)(b).
