Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This section
applies if a licence to which section 218 applies ( the licence ) is
granted to give effect to arrangements entered into by the Minister with a
local government —
(a) to
enable tangible property vested in the Minister to be used by the community
for purposes that do not interfere with the normal operations of a school; and
(b) to
provide for the management and control of such use.
(2) If this section
applies, section 218(2)(b) does not apply to the licence.
(3) If this section
applies, the licence may provide for —
(a) the
establishment, composition, powers and duties of a management committee to
manage and control the use of the property in accordance with the licence;
(b) a
payment to be made to the Minister by the local government by way of
contribution towards the costs incurred in the provision of the facilities;
and
(c) the
appointment and remuneration of staff with respect to the use of the land and
facilities.
