SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 246

246 .         Repeal, savings and transitional

        (1)         The Education Act 1928 is repealed.

        (2)         The Education Regulations 1960 are repealed.

        (3)         The School Premises Regulations 1981 are repealed.

        (4)         Schedule 1 has effect to make transitional provisions.
