Western Australian Consolidated Acts Notwithstanding any
other provision of this Act, where it appears to the Board that a corporation
is, for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth, a
related body corporate of another corporation that has a paid up capital of or
equivalent to $200 000 or more, an amount shall not be paid from moneys
standing to the credit of the Fund to that first-mentioned corporation.
