SPECIAL LEASE (LAKE CLIFTON) ACT 1916 - SECT 6

6 .         By-laws

                The Minister for Lands may make by-laws for the regulation of traffic on the said railway, and may impose penalties not exceeding twenty pounds for the breach thereof.
