STATE SUPERANNUATION (TRANSITIONAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2000 - SECT 69

69 .         Transport Co-ordination Act 1966 amended

                Section 62(3)(c) of the Transport Co-ordination Act 1966 is amended by deleting “to the Superannuation Fund established under the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 ” and inserting instead —

                “ under the State Superannuation Act 2000 ”.
