STATE SUPERANNUATION REGULATIONS 2001 - SECT 10

10 .         When does a person cease to be a worker

                For the purposes of these regulations a person ceases to be a worker on the day on which the Member’s job actually terminates regardless of whether, or when, the Employer acted to terminate the job.
