a Gold State Super Member when —
(a) all
benefits that are or may be payable to or in respect of the person from the
Gold State Super Scheme have been paid; or
(b) a
transfer is made to another scheme or to another superannuation fund in
satisfaction of all of the person’s entitlements to benefits from the
Gold State Super Scheme.
