Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to this
regulation, no person can become a West State Super Member on or after
16 April 2007.
(2) A worker who is
not a West State Super Member and who is, or is in a class of workers who are,
approved by the Minister may apply to become a statutory, voluntary or partner
WSS Member on or after 16 April 2007.
(3) The Board is to
accept an application made under subregulation (2) and the worker becomes
a statutory, voluntary or partner WSS Member when the application is accepted.
