STATE SUPERANNUATION REGULATIONS 2001 - SECT 72A

72A .         Benefit restriction if Member subject to health condition

                If an eligible statutory WSS Member is subject to a health condition no benefit is payable under regulation 70, 71 or 72 unless the Board is satisfied that the Member’s death or disablement was not due to, and did not arise from, the physical or mental defect or condition that was the reason for the imposition of the health condition.
