Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A copy of an order
by the State Administrative Tribunal shall be served on —
(a) the
strata company for the scheme to which the order relates;
(b) the
applicant for the order;
(c) any
person who was entitled to make and made a written submission to the State
Administrative Tribunal in connection with the application; and
(d) any
person against whom the order was sought and any other person who by the order
is required to do or to refrain from doing a specified act.
(2) Each copy of the
order served under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by a statement
setting out the reasons for the State Administrative Tribunal’s
decision.
(3) In this section,
order includes a variation of an order, an interim order and a renewal or
revocation of an interim order.
