necessary modifications, section 28 shall apply and the District Court
shall have jurisdiction accordingly in any case of the taking of part of the
land in a parcel in a registered strata plan in the manner and to the extent
that that section applies and the District Court has jurisdiction in the case
of damage to or destruction of a building.
