Western Australian Consolidated Acts Despite anything in
the by-laws of the strata company, a proprietor is entitled to exercise his
powers of voting on a matter requiring a unanimous resolution or a resolution
without dissent even though all contributions payable in respect of his lot
have not been duly paid or other moneys recoverable under the Act by the
strata company from him have not been paid.
