Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
Schedule 4, section 42(2), as inserted by section 43(1) of the
Strata Titles Amendment Act 1995 applies also to strata companies for
which a strata plan was registered after the commencement of this Act but
before the commencement of section 43(1) referred to.
(2) Schedule 4
has effect to make transitional provisions for the purposes of
subsection (1).
