Division limits any right of a proprietor to effect insurance.
(2) Insurance effected
by a proprietor does not affect, and shall not be taken into consideration in
determining the amount payable to a strata company under a contract of
insurance entered into between it and an insurer pursuant to this Division,
notwithstanding anything contained in that contract of insurance.
