Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Trust may, by
writing under its common seal, expressly empower any person, in respect of any
specified matter, as its agent or attorney to execute any deed, instrument,
contract or agreement on its behalf, and any deed signed by such an agent or
attorney on behalf of the Trust and under his seal shall bind the Trust and
have the same effect as if it were under its common seal.
