UNITING CHURCH IN AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 48

48 .         Exemption from duty, etc.

                No conveyance or other instrument whereby property is vested in the Trust or in a body corporate pursuant to this Act shall be chargeable with any duty under the Duties Act 2008 , and no conveyance or other instrument in relation to land so vesting shall be chargeable with fees under the Transfer of Land Act 1893 .
