Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer may,
pursuant to an arrangement in writing, by notice in the Gazette exempt any
holder or class of holder from compliance with, or with any provision of, this
Act, either absolutely or conditionally, in respect of specified kinds of
unclaimed money.
(2) Regulations may
make provision for the exemption of any person from any requirement of this
Act in respect of unclaimed money or prescribed retained money.
