UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 1990 - SECT 25

25 .         Transitional provision

                All money standing to the credit of the fund called the “Unclaimed Moneys Fund” pursuant to section 6 of the repealed Act is, without further authorisation or appropriation than this Act, transferred to the credit of the Consolidated Fund  ⁵ .
