Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Valuer-General may
at all reasonable times inspect, free of charge, any document relevant to the
ownership or valuation of any land in the custody of a local government, and
any document relevant to the ownership or valuation of any land in the records
of the Authority, a department principally assisting in the administration of
the Land Administration Act 1997 or the Mining Act 1978 , or any
other public office; and may require and take copies thereof or extracts
therefrom.
