Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A function or
power given to the Minister by this Act is in addition to any other function
or power of the Minister.
(2) If the Corporation
has a function or power under this Act that corresponds to a function or power
that the Minister has under this Act, the Minister is not to perform that
function or exercise that power in substitution for the Corporation performing
that function or exercising that power, unless the contrary intention appears
or the context otherwise requires.
