Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
establish committees for the purpose of advising the Minister on any aspect of
the administration of this or a relevant Act, with terms of reference in each
case determined by the Minister.
(2) A member of a
committee is entitled to the remuneration and allowances (if any) determined
by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner.
(3) The terms and
conditions, other than those referred to in subsection (2), applicable to
or in relation to a person appointed to a committee are to be determined by
the Minister, from time to time either generally or with respect to a
particular appointment.
(4) This section does
not limit the Minister’s power to establish committees for any other
purpose.
