Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where water is taken
in contravention of this Act or a relevant Act, the liability to pay a charge
imposed by the by-laws in respect of the water so taken is not affected
by the fact that the taking of the water was unlawful, and the payment of the
charge does not affect the liability of a person to be prosecuted as a result
of the unlawful taking of the water.
