WATER AGENCIES (POWERS) ACT 1984 - SECT 5

5 .         Relevant Acts

        (1)         For the purposes of this Act each of the enactments following is a relevant Act —

            (a)         Metropolitan Water Authority Act 1982 ;

            (b)         Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909 ;

            (c)         Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 ;

            (d)         Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1912  ⁴ ;

            (e)         Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Amendment and Validation Act 1981 ;

            (f)         Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 ;

            (g)         Country Towns Sewerage Act 1948 ;

            (h)         Land Drainage Act 1925  ³ ;

                  (i)         Water Boards Act 1904 , as read with the Water Boards Act Amendment Act 1928 .
