Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
section 135 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 , the Minister
or the Corporation may submit to the Western Australian Planning Commission
plans of a subdivision of land acquired, or to be acquired, by the Minister or
the Corporation notwithstanding that the Minister or the Corporation is not
the owner of the land, and approval under that Act may be given thereto.
