WESTERN AUSTRALIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHING ACT 2004 - SECT 5

5 .         College established

        (1)         The Western Australian College of Teaching is established.

        (2)         The College —

            (a)         is a body corporate;

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
