Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person whose
membership of the College is suspended is to be taken not to be registered,
provisionally registered or hold a limited authority to teach, as is relevant,
during the period of the suspension.
(2) The College is to
cancel a suspension imposed under this Act if satisfied that the person is no
longer affected by the matter that gave rise to the imposition of the
suspension.
(3) Notice of a
cancellation under subsection (2) is to be given to the person and is to
specify the date from which the suspension is cancelled.
