WESTERN AUSTRALIAN COASTAL SHIPPING COMMISSION ACT 1965 - SECT 24

24 .         Temporary and casual employees

                Subject to any relevant award or industrial agreement in force under the Industrial Arbitration Act 1912  3 , the Commission may employ such temporary or casual employees as it thinks fit, on such terms and conditions as the Commission determines, including conditions with respect to punishment for breaches of discipline.
