Despite anything in the Financial Management Act 2006 or the
Auditor General Act 2006 , those Acts, other than the provisions referred
to in subsection (2) and clauses 33(2) and 34(2) of
Schedule 3A, do not apply to the Authority or any person performing
functions under this Act.
(2) The Minister and
the board must comply with sections 81 and 82 of the Financial
Management Act 2006 as if —
(a) the
Authority were a statutory authority; and
(b) the
board were its accountable authority,
within the meaning of
that Act.
