WESTERN AUSTRALIAN LAND AUTHORITY ACT 1992 - SECT 8

8 .         Remuneration and expenses of directors

        (1)         A director is to be paid out of the funds of the Authority such remuneration and travelling and other allowances as are determined in his or her case by the Minister after consultation with the Public Sector Commissioner.

        (2)         Remuneration is not to be paid to a director who holds a full-time office or position that is remunerated out of moneys appropriated by Parliament.
