Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An inspector may
request any person whom the inspector reasonably believes to have committed an
offence against this Act to give his or her name and address to the inspector.
(2) A person who fails
to comply with a request made under subsection (1) or who gives a false
name or address when such a request is made commits an offence.
Penalty: $200.
