WESTERN AUSTRALIAN MARINE ACT 1982 - SECT 125A

125A .         Limitation period for prosecutions

                A prosecution for an offence against this Act or any subsidiary legislation under this Act must be commenced within 3 years after the date on which the offence was allegedly committed.
