WESTERN AUSTRALIAN MARINE ACT 1982 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

                The provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day or days as is or are respectively fixed by proclamation after the approval of Her Majesty thereto has been proclaimed in the State 1 .
